Instratin Technical is a 100% Black-owned multidisciplinary consulting firm that centralizes its business within the built environment space. The subsidiary of Instratin Group PTY Ltd is run and managed by a team of highly-skilled, experienced, and trained industry professionals in an array of fields ranging from architects, engineers, construction managers, project managers, quantity surveyors, and town planners.

Since its formation, there has been a notable improvement inefficiency in the design process, close collaboration between disciplines, reduced costs both from a design and construction perspective, as well as improved allocation of resources and prioritisation of projects, in line with the parent company’s goals and objectives.

Our core offering is focused on housing and general building space. To enable the success of any project, we provide strategic insights and consultancy strategies to developers, private and public sector clients.

We provide a boutique, ‘one-stop shop’ experience in construction management consultancy from overseeing the inception, planning, implementation, close-out and post-construction stages of construction. Our consulting strategies are tailored to each individual client’s needs and budgets, working in collaboration with clients from both the public and private sectors.

OUR SERVICES

  • Urban design and Town Planning - Our teams of architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, urban planners, and landscape planners compile regional strategy plans, master plans for entire communities, cities, and urban expansion; as well as plans for the development of large sites on behalf of the private and public sectors.

  • Architecture and Engineering Designs – Together with our team of engineers and architects, we are committed in equal measure to the principles of today, in striving for meaningful innovation, and to the fundamentals of sustainability. We are about detailed, disciplined planning, taking care to select choice materials, in the handling of the details.

  • Cost Planning and Quantity Surveying - The cost manager/quantity surveyor plays a pivotal role in the financial and contract management of construction projects by providing accurate estimations of construction costs. Budgetary and detailed cost estimates are developed in accordance with the client's protocols.
